Our Philosophy
Custom homes built by Beaver Builders are superior in structural strength and energy efficiency. The frames are bolted to engineered slabs and wrapped entirely with OSB plywood. Rafters are strapped to outside walls with hurricane straps. For energy efficiency, homes are first energy sealed, then R-19 bolts are hung in 2 x 6 exterior walls or R-13 bolts in 2 x 4 exterior walls and R-30 or higher insulation is blown in the attic. All of these, plus insulated windows, ensure energy efficiency.
Foundation
